Schloss Hollenegg for Design opens the doors to its magnificent castle once again for the temporary exhibition EARTH AND FIRE – Old and new ceramics in conversation. On three consecutive weekends starting from Saturday 15th of May, visitors will explore a great variety of ceramics by 20 contemporary designers, carefully curated by founder and director, Alice Stori Liechtenstein and guest curator Rainald Franz, in the splendid historical rooms. The exhibited pieces displayed next to the castle’s Chinese vases, Augarten tea cups, Imari wares, Persian tiles and Meissen figurines range from tiles to tables, lamps and vases.
